B. Payment Confirmation
Payment is considered completed once our system receives confirmation from the bank or payment provider.
Please keep the transaction receipt as a reference in case any technical errors occur during the payment process.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
(Processing Time)
Orders are processed within 2-5 working days after payment is confirmed. We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays.
(Shipping Cost)
The cost is determined based on the total weight of the package and will be shown on the website. For heavy bulk purchases, the postage cost will be automatically calculated by the system during checkout.
(Transit Risk)
Our responsibility ends once the goods are handed over to the courier. Any delays or damage by the courier are beyond our control, however we will assist you in the claim process with the courier.

(Stock Availability)
As a wholesaler, our stock moves very quickly. If the item you ordered is out of stock after payment is made, we will contact you for an item exchange or refund within 5-7 working days.
