CLAIM CONDITIONS
- We only accept returns for misdelivered items. For damaged items (broken/leaked) we will discuss compensation/return refund depending on the condition of the item received.
- Cosmetic and personal care products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
POLICY (NO VIDEO, NO REFUND)
- Customers MUST record an unboxing video (when opening the box) as primary evidence. Claims without clear video evidence will not be entertained.
